2. Causes of high hydraulic oil temperature and preventive measures

(1) improper selection of oil products

the brand, quality and viscosity grade of oil do not meet the requirements, or hydraulic oils of different brands are mixed, resulting in low or high viscosity index of hydraulic oil. If the oil viscosity is too high, the power loss increases and the oil temperature increases; If the viscosity is too low, the leakage increases and the oil temperature increases

preventive measures: the oil shall be selected according to the brand recommended by the Design Institute, the working environment of the equipment, temperature factors, etc. When the maintenance of hydraulic components and systems is inconvenient, anti-wear hydraulic oil with good performance shall be selected

(2) serious pollution

the working environment at the work site is poor. With the increase of the working time of the machine, impurities and dirt are easy to be mixed in the oil. The contaminated hydraulic oil enters the fitting clearance of the pump, motor and valve, which will scratch and damage the accuracy and roughness of the fitting surface, increasing the leakage and raising the oil temperature

preventive measures: generally, the oil shall be changed after a series of problems, such as no obvious performance improvement, are accumulated and exported to the world for more than 000 hours. When changing the oil, pay attention not only to drain the old oil in the oil tank, but also to replace the old oil in the whole system pipeline and working circuit; It is better to use a filter with more than 120 mesh when refuelling, and add enough oil as required to make the oil have sufficient circulating cooling conditions. In case of sudden failure caused by hydraulic oil pollution, the hydraulic system oil must be filtered or replaced

(3) the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is too low

if the oil quantity in the hydraulic oil tank is too small, the hydraulic system will not have enough flow to take away the heat generated, resulting in an increase in oil temperature

preventive measures: during actual operation and maintenance, strictly observe the regulations on hydraulic oil level in the operating procedures

(4) air mixed in the hydraulic system

air mixed in the hydraulic oil will escape from the oil and form bubbles in the low-pressure area. When it moves to the high-pressure area, these bubbles will be broken by the high-pressure oil and will be sharply compressed to release a lot of heat, causing the oil temperature to rise

preventive measures: regularly check the sealing performance of the oil inlet pipe interface to prevent air from entering; At the same time, exhaust the air in the system after each oil change
